FAQ's
Why do your products change? Most of the products are originals and are only made once. I do not mass manufacture the stock. The stock is constantly changing based on what I make.
Is that why there is only one available for some products? Yep, that is why.
I have a store and want to carry some of your goodies. Do you do consignment or wholesale? Yep, I can do both. Just Contact me (lisarose.studio@gmail.com) for more information and let me know. Each request is handled on an individual bases so I can fit your needs.
Can I find out how much shipping is before I place my order? Our Standard shipping option is sent thru USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The shipping rate is $5.00. Priority mail is the price listed next to pricing of item for sale. The USPS priority shipping will send to a PO Box and you can have delivery of your packages made in an average of 2 to 3 days. Priority mail is the price listed next to pricing of item for sale. The Delivery Confirmation service gives you the ability to track and confirm your own delivery. You can easily access this information with USPS Track & Confirm tool. Shipping charge to Canada will have to be quoted through email. If you have other shipping questions or specific shipping requests, email me and I'd be happy to accommodate!
How long will my order take to ship? For regular orders, your items will ship in 3-5 business days except orders with check payment. For those the order will be shipped when the funds are transfered. For custom orders, it could take up to three weeks but I will keep in touch with you via email regarding these orders. You will notified when your custom order ships. If you need your order asap, send me an email before you order and tell me what you want and when you need it by, and I'll see what I can do.
What types of payment do you accept? I accept Money Orders, Personal Checks (will be subjected to waiting period), Cash (although you send at your own risk and I do not recommend) plus I will have a PayPal account for Credit Transactions.
What if the item I wanted is gone? While almost everything I make is an original, I might be able to replicate what you want. Contact me (lisarose.studio@gmail.com) with the item's name or description of the item and I will let you know if it can be done. Not everything can be remade and some items are one of a kind, but I will try my best.

What is your return policy? I unfortunately cannot accept returns for our original or custom crafts. If there is an issue with your purchase, however, do not hesitate to Contact me (lisarose.studio@gmail.com).
