Ordering
What forms of payment are accepted?
1) Paypal: Lisa Rose Studio & Designs accepts credit card payment via Paypal. It's a fast and secure way to use your credit card or check card to make payments online.
2) Money Orders: If you don't have access to a credit card or are uncomfortable using your credit card online, you can send a money order.
3) Personal Check: Once the check is sent and recieved there with be a five day or longer waiting period starting on the date the check is received. Once transfer of funds is confirmed the order will be shipped.
3) Cash: In rare cases you can send cash but I don't advise this and if you do so it is at your own risk. However if you decide to you must, state that you are doing so in an email with your order directed to me. And I will have to confirm with you, your order, balance, method of payment and shipping method. The confirmation will be your reciept along with tracking of your package that contains your payment. After my confirmation place a copy of this order confirmation and the moneies in a sealed package to be shipped. This package must be shipped using tracking and signature upon delivery. Once I have the payment the order will be shipped to you and you will be provided with a tracking number via email from me. This is to insure a honest and secure tranaction for both parties.
IN ALL CASES: Be sure when sending payment that you send the total including shipping costs. Forgetting to do so will delay your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments in the mail.
Shipping
How long will it take?
For regular orders, your items will ship in 3-5 business days except orders with check payment. For those the order will be shipped when the funds are transfered. For custom orders, it could take up to three weeks but I will keep in touch with you via email regarding these orders. You will notified when your custom order ships. If you need your order asap, send me an email before you order and tell me what you want and when you need it by, and I'll see what I can do. Most items will be processed within 1-2 days of received payment. I ship Priority mail only. Your item will take 3-5 days to get to your door and a tracking number will be provided for you.
What are your shipping charges?
Priority mail is the price listed next to pricing of item for sale. Shipping charge to Canada will have to be quoted throgh email. If you have other shipping questions or specific shipping requests, email me and I'd be happy to accommodate!
Returns
Do you have a return policy?
No, all sales are final but we do try to be as descriptive of our products as possible. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to ask us. For most of the items, there is usually only one in stock so everything is on a first-come first-serve basis. Once your order and payment is received but the conditions above, then the item will be marked as "Sold" and no one else can buy it. Please be aware that all items on this website are handmade and might have tiny imperfections here or there. Furthermore, some things are made in small batches and may vary a little from the items pictured. If you have taken these things into consideration and still aren't happy with your purchase, email me and we can work out an exchange. Otherwise, all sales are final!
