Collective Healing Experience: Nia Moving to Heal + Acupuncture
Sunday July 28th, 2-4pm
Experience a peaceful, contemplative and comfortable environment for movement, healing, and connecting with yourself.
The Collective Healing Experience creates an experience to open the physical body and energy channels while relaxing the mind and heart.
During this workshop, you will experience how Traditional Chinese Medicine and movement can work together to release tension, promote relaxation, and generate body awareness. The workshop will include an introduction, a Moving to Heal class, group acupuncture, relaxation, and group discussion.
Moving to Heal will be shared by Marybeth Grinnan and Acupuncture will be shared by Dr. Brent Fauss.
