From us to you with grateful hearts

We can hardly believe our beautiful studio has been closed for 2 months! We are pleasantly surprised by the connection, joy, and growth that we (and many of you) are enjoying with our classes on ZOOM.

While we can’t wait to be back with you dancing in our space, we are grateful that we have found a solution for the present moment.

We would like to express our thanks to each and every one of you who has continued paying your membership fees (WOW!), paid for our online classes, or have done some virtual shopping with us. 🙏

Your support has helped us pay our rent, utilities and of course our instructors. THANK YOU!

While we don’t know exactly when we will be able to open; we’d love to hear how you are feeling. We have prepared a survey to get your feedback; please share your feelings about the online offerings and the re-opening of our studio.

You don’t need much space to participate. We know space is limited at home and we do accommodate for that.

Step 1
If you are new to SoulShine, please create an account on Wellness Living or through our website.

Step 2
Register for the class using the Wellness Living Achieve App or through the schedule on our website.

Step 3
Check your email for the Zoom link and save that email – it’s what will get you into the class. If you do not receive an email from Zoom immediately after registering, email us at

Step 4
Download Zoom Mobile Apps or Zoom Desktop to your desired device. It’s free and you need the software in order to view the classes.

Step 5
5 minutes before class starts, click the email link to join the online class!

Our boutique is full of carefully curated items – we search for local, sustainable, organic and/or women owned businesses.
We have Astral Boutique candles, Lori Portka stationery and gifts, Bon Air Naturals soaps and scrubs, and of course lots of unique yoga and dance wear.

Supporting us supports your practice!

Jen will be in the studio and available for virtual shopping trips from 2-4 on Mondays and Thursdays. Please call the studio or send an email to to make an appointment.

You can swing by the studio for a pickup between 2 and 4 on Monday or Thursday, or schedule an appointment, or we are even offering free local delivery!

Marybeth and Niki will guide and support you as you go on a journey of movement as medicine for your body, mind and spirit. Our program is based on the concept that, through movement and alignment, we can self-heal. We define “healing” as being able to say “I feel better.”

Nia Blue Belt with Kelle Rae Oien

November 10-16, 2020

Blue Belt, the second level of Nia education, explores how to create healthy relationships through body-centered communication. This intensive introduces the next set of 13 Nia principles, which focus on the mental, emotional and spiritual realms of the body. While the White Belt curriculum focuses entirely on awareness of physical sensation, Blue Belt applies these skills to explore internal sensations as perceived through – but distinct from – physical sensations in the body.
