We believe in the power of clear communication. In order for us to serve you better, it’s important that we are in agreement on the following policies. Please read them carefully.

Schedule, teacher and prices of classes, memberships and/or products are subject to change without notice. Please always check our website for our most current offers.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party.

AGES FOR CLASSES

We believe coming to class is a form of self-care. With teacher permission, children ages 12 and up are welcome in adult classes.

PAYMENT FOR CLASSES

Payment for classes is always due at the time service is rendered. We will not hold checks or accept postdated checks.

RECURRING BILLING / MONTHLY AUTODRAFT

The auto-draft contract is for a 12-month commitment. 30 days notice to cancel is required. Otherwise, the recurring auto-billing contract will continue indefinitely. Please email info@soulshinestudios.com to give official 30 days notice to cancel.
Your bank account, debit card, or credit card used at the point of purchase will be auto-drafted each month on the same calendar date as the original purchase date. (For example, if you purchase on the 1st, your account will be drafted automatically each month on the 1st)

CLASS REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Classes and Class Passes Cancellations and Refunds
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Passes honored until their expiration date.

Gift Cards Refunds
Gift Cards are not refundable.

Membership Cancellation
Membership’s automatic payments are not refundable. Memberships are non-transferable to another person.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds
If you would like to cancel a workshop registration, please email the studio at least 5 days in advance. Cancellation requests with less than 5 days notice will not be credited unless we can fill your space. Any cancellation refund will be credited to your SoulShine account (can be used toward any purchase). No cash refund.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

In an effort to keep everyone safe in inclement weather, it may be necessary to close the studio.
Please consult Facebook, online scheduler announcement bar and email for weather cancellations.

RETAIL RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We encourage you to try on clothing before purchasing.
You can receive full credit to your SoulShine account if you return an item within 7 days. Tags MUST be attached and clothes MUST show no signs of wear. No refunds.

LOST ITEMS

SoulShine Studios will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
The studio provides a Lost and Found basket for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items will be donated.

CLASS SIZES & ATTENDANCE

SoulShine Studios is fortunate to have a large space for our classes. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class.
Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class. Reservations will be held until 5 minutes before the start of class when they will be released to any standby students.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before any class starts.
