Accommodations & Fees
Ocean View Deluxe Room with A/C
These beautiful Superior Ocean View rooms have a step-out balcony and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.
Double Occupancy: $3200 per person
Ocean View Room with A/C
This room has a step-out balcony and beautiful ocean views. The room also has a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. You can choose from one large bed or two separate beds.
Double Occupancy: $3000 per person
The Mountain Room with A/C
The Mountain Room double has a step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view to take in the true sound healing in Costa Rica. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for one or two people. It has a king-sized bed or two twins with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17โณ laptop computer.
Single Occupancy: $3600 per person
Double Occupancy: $2800 per person
Nature Suite with A/C
Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are simple and natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk; you can choose from one large bed or two separate beds. All suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the Main Building.
Double Occupancy: $2800 per person
Hermitage Rooms with A/C
These rooms are specifically designed for singles and provide privacy and elegance, while being cozy and inexpensive. Many of these rooms have partial views of the ocean and others of the mountains nearby, a private bathroom with solar hot water, with air conditioning, and a natural ventilation system.
Single Occupancy: (1 queen bed) $3100 per person
Double Occupancy: (1 queen bed) $2500 per person
Double Occupancy: (2 twin beds) $2500 per person
Eco Cottage
These cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation and two twin beds. Eco-Cottages now have private bathrooms. These cottages are situated below the main building and involve a short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building.
Single Occupancy: $2600 per person
Double Occupancy: $2100 per person
Platform Tent
Each Platform tent has a queen-sized air mattress and is placed on a platform under a wooden roof for protection against the sun and rain. The tents are surrounded by nature and close to a shared bathhouse. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided. The tents are situated below the Main Building and involve a hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building. Guests in the tents can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge.

Flights & Ground Transportation
- Airfare is not included in your reservation. You will need to arrange for your own flight.
- Once you have reserved your place, please search for your flight. There is a small airport in Nosara but most people choose to fly in and out of Liberia (LIR).
- The retreat begins on Saturday, January 6 and ends on Saturday, January 13. If you choose arrive early, you can reserve a room at the Hilton Garden Inn by the airport. We will arrange a group shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday morning.
- It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Liberia airport to Nosara. Please note that the Blue Spirit shuttle runs from Liberia airport to Nosara multiple times from 12:00-4:00pm and 7:00-8:30pm on Saturday. Shuttles will depart as they fill. If you need a ride at a time that the shuttle does not run, a private transfer can be arranged at an additional cost.

Fees
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation.
- Final payment is due before September 30, 2023.
- A 3.5% service fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Cancellation
- Your deposit and all final payments are non-refundable.
- There will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy including illness, weather, or finding a replacement for your space. We appreciate your understanding.
- We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance.
