Movement is Medicine!

Stay connected, healthy, and strong by moving with us live online (or outside weather permitting). Here are some helpful tips for you to have the best experience possible via Zoom. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Step 1: Create an account here.
Step 2: Register for the class using the Wellness Living Achieve App or through the schedule on our website.
Step 3: Check your email for the Zoom link and save that email – it’s what will get you into the class. If you do not receive an email from Zoom, email us at
Step 4: Download Zoom Mobile Apps or Zoom Desktop to your desired device. It’s free and you need the software in order to view the classes.
Step 5: 5 minutes before class starts, click the email link to join the online class!
Step 6: If you’d like to take the class but the time doesn’t work for you, please register and then email and request a recording. We’ll send you a link to access the class for 24 hours and you can take it when it works for you.
