All of our Yoga classes at SoulShine emphasize breath, setting a foundation and alignment of the body that increases the flow of life force energy. We strive to create a nurturing, safe and supportive environment where students can both have fun and move forward in their Yoga practice.

Gentle Yoga

A slower paced class that uses the support of the wall and other props to help build strength, stability and flexibility. This is a great class for beginners.

Yoga Basics

Focuses on foundational poses and basic alignment principles. Great for all levels.

Mixed Level Yoga

Offers progressions toward intermediate poses while giving options for modifications. Great for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Mostly seated and supine poses held passively for 3-5 minutes each. Yin Yoga slowly opens the connective tissue to increase flexibility in the joints in a quiet, meditative practice.

Restorative Yoga

Uses props to support the body in long held restful poses to bring a deep sense of calm and relaxation.

Chair Yoga

Includes both seated poses in a chair and standing poses using chair for balance and stability. Class ends on the floor for final poses and shavasana.
