Flow: A Moving Mindfulness

A dynamic and mindful flow that unites body, mind, and breath.

Set to contemporary music, this class blends controlled breathing, mindfulness, and well-rounded sequences to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Starting slow, gradually building, and winding back down, each session emphasizes steadiness, ease, and a focus on the breath to downregulate the nervous system.

All levels are welcome, and students are invited to make the class their own.
