Jude’s Gentle Yoga Class
A gentle yoga class should be just that…gentle.
During this one hour class we will move all parts of our body, focusing on receiving the benefits we most need on any given day. Together we will practice in a safe space our poses or asanas, breathing techniques and even some forms of meditation. I will always remind you to listen to your own body and do only what you know is best for you.
Beginners are truly welcome! Even if it’s your first yoga class ever you will quickly learn that yoga is so much more than twisting your body into an impossible pretzel shape while standing on your head. Oh yikes!! We won’t be doing that.
Bring yourself without judgement, but with curiosity. Bare feet and a water bottle are all you really need. We have all props here at the studio. But feel free to bring your favorite mat…and a friend.
After practicing for more than half my life I can truly say the most important yoga pose is at the end, Savasana. I promise a long and relaxing end to your practice.
